Jacob is responsible for leading the IBV’s research on topics related to technology and implications on the global economy. Jacob has extensive experience advising companies around the world on their global operations and location strategies. He has also advised governments around the world as an expert and economist on competitiveness, FDI, sector/cluster analysis, and innovation. Jacob holds a PhD in Public policy and Economics from Bath University.
