Henry Lambright is Professor of Public Administration, International Affairs, and Political Science and Director of the Science and Technology Policy Program at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. He teaches courses at the Maxwell School on technology and politics; energy, environment, and resources policy; and bureaucracy and politics.

University of British Columbia

Philippe Kruchten is a full professor of software engineering in the department of electrical and computer engineering of the University of British Columbia, in Vancouver, Canada. He holds an NSERC Chair in Design Engineering. He joined UBC in 2004 after a 30 plus year career in industry, where he worked mostly in with large software-intensive systems design, in the domains of telecommunication, defense, aerospace and transportation.

Jane Fountain

Jane E. Fountain is Distinguished University Professor in Political Science and Public Policy, and Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She is the founder and Director of the National Center for Digital Government and the Science, Technology and Society Initiative, based at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Richard C. Feiock

Richard Feiock holds the Jerry Collins Eminent Scholar Endowed Chair and is the Augustus B. Turnbull Professor of Public Administration and Policy in the Askew School at Florida State University.  He is the founding director of the FSU Local Governance Research Laboratory and served as Ph.D. Program Director for the Askew School from 1999-2004.  He directs the Sustainable Energy & Governance unit of FSU’s Institute for Energy Systems, Economics and Sustainability.  Feiock is Managing Editor of Public Administration Review beginning January 2014.

Ann Cotten

Ann Cotten is the Director of the Schaefer Center for Public Policy at the University of Baltimore. The Schaefer Center is an applied research unit within the School of Public Affairs with a mission to bring the knowledge and expertise of the university community to bear in solving the problems faced by government and non-profit organizations. The Center’s work focuses on program evaluation, opinion research, strategic management and performance measurement, and management consulting.

Dr. Ai-Mei Chang

Ai-Mei Chang is a Professor of Systems Management at the University of Maryland, University College, where she teaches graduate level courses in Information Technology Foundations, Infrastructures, and Security, eBusiness, and Project Management.

She received her Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics and her PhD in Management Information Systems from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.

Gary J. Young

Gary J. Young is Director of the Northeastern University Center for Health Policy and Healthcare Research as well as Professor of Strategic Management and Healthcare Systems, Northeastern University. He is affiliated with the Health Services Research and Development Service of the Department of Veterans Affairs.  Before joining Northeastern University, he was chairman of the Department of Health Policy and Management at Boston University and also worked as a healthcare attorney within the federal government and for a national healthcare consulting firm.

Dr. Genie Stowers

Dr. Genie Stowers is Professor of Public Administration at San Francisco State University. Her current research interests are online service delivery by cities and data visualization and mining in the public sector.
