As a Global Government Research Leader, Kee Won leads complex initiatives with public sector executive leaders to identify specific and practical actions government clients can take to develop technological and organizational maturity in key capabilities to build resilience to global shocks such as pandemic, climate catastrophe, geopolitical instability and cyberattacks.

Previous to his role at IBM, Kee Won worked as a Market Researcher at the RAND Corporation, a Data Science Consultant with the Southwest PA Environmental Health Project, and a Portfolio Manager with Ronin Capital LLC.

Kee Won received a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University and Master of Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
