he is widely known in the international arena as an expert in government ethics reform, having worked with OECD, the United Nations, and leaders in a variety of individual countries. Dr. Denhardt coordinates the Organizational Leadership area of specialization for the Masters in Public Administration Program at the University of Delaware. She also works with the Conflict Resolution Program facilitating decision-making processes involving multiple stakeholders, and in promoting citizen involvement in government.
