Dr. Sheri I. Fields is a Senior Managing Consultant in IBM’s Talent and Transformation practice. She works in the Hampton office in Virginia and supports federal clients in talent development, training, and contract and performance management. Prior to joining IBM, Dr. Fields worked with DoD clients in creating processes, deploying IT systems, and supporting warfighters with readiness capabilities.

Michaela Drust

Michaela Drust is currently a Business Transformation Consultant in IBM’s Enterprise Strategy practice. Since joining IBM a little over a year ago, Ms. Drust has provided strategic guidance to clients in the DoD space, while also engaging in multiple corporate giveback efforts. Ms. Drust graduated Summa Cum Laude from The George Washington University in 2019 with degrees in communications and geological science.
