Dr. Shue-Jane Thompson is Vice President and Partner, Biometrics and Cybersecurity, IBM Global Business Services. She oversees related technology, innovation, solution development and client service delivery. Shue-Jane has been with IBM for two years and has 30+ years' commercial, government and international technology and business management experience. She holds a Ph.D. in atmospheric science, two master's degrees and a doctorate in business management.

Anupam Kumar

Dr. Anupam Kumar teaches at Howard University. He has over a decade of consulting experience working for firms such as IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC, and Parsons Engineering and Science, Inc. He led the Public Sector Supply Chain Planning group at IBM. His expertise spans data management, business intelligence, and business analytics.

James Haddow

James Haddow (Jim) is Director of the Center for Excellence in Supply Chain Management in the School of Business at Howard University in Washington DC. Currently, Jim teaches a range of supply chain management courses for both undergraduate and graduate level students. His interests also include national and global operational and information system risk management. Jim has made supply chain presentations at ISM, IMC, APICS, PMAC and other Global industry conferences over the last several years.

Rajni Goel

Dr. Rajni Goel is a Professor and former Chairperson of the Information Systems and Supply Chain Management Department in the School of Business at Howard University. Dr. Goel served as a Fulbright-Nehru Scholar in India, conducting research and assisting in curriculum development in the area of Cyber security. She currently serves as the Director of Research of the Howard University Cyber-Security Education and Research Center (CERC), assisting with it’s establishment and funding from industry and government entities.
