Dr. Kiran Somvanshi

Dr. Kiran Somvanshi is Global Visiting Fellow with the IBM Center for The Business of Government and a business journalist at The Economic Times (ET), India’s largest financial newspaper. She has been part of the research bureau of the publication for more than a decade and has written over 1,200 published articles covering Indian companies, economy and business. She has written on issues concerning Corporate Governance, Investor Protection and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and has covered the pharmaceuticals & consumer goods.

Priya Nambisan

Dr. Priya Nambisan is an Assistant Professor of Health Informatics & Healthcare Management at the Department of Health Informatics & Administration at the College of Health Sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM).

Her primary research interests are in the areas of health care innovation, health informatics, health care management, consumer co-creation in health care, social media and consumer health informatics, and technology policy in health care.

Paul Gorans

Paul Gorans is the Agile Competency Lead for IBM Global Business Services, U.S. Federal sector. In addition to growing IBM Agile capabilities, he works with IBM teams and their clients to optimize solution delivery through the pragmatic use of integrated Agile, lean, rapid, and traditional practices.

Dr. Max Neiman

Dr. Max Neiman is Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Governmental Studies of the University of California, Berkeley. He is also Professor of Political Science, Emeritus, University of California, Riverside, and Adjunct Professor of Politics at the University of San Francisco. His teaching and research focus on urban politics and policies, including urban and residential development, public finance, public attitudes towards immigrants and immigration policy, and public evaluation of government services.

Russell W. Mills

Russell W. Mills, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at Bowling Green State University.  Prior to joining the faculty at BGSU, Mills worked as a policy analyst in the Office of Aviation Policy and Plans at the Federal Aviation Administration in Washington, D.C.

Sherri R. Greenberg, MSc

Sherri R. Greenberg, MSc is a Clinical Professor in Public Policy Practice and Fellow of the Max Sherman Chair in State and Local Government at the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin. Her current teaching and research interests include: government technology and innovation, transparency and civic engagement, public finance, campaigns and elections, urban and state affairs, and community and regional planning.

Gilbert N. Nyaga

Gilbert N. Nyaga is an Associate Professor of Supply Chain Management at the D’Amore-McKim School of Business. He is also a faculty associate in the Center for Health Policy and Healthcare Research at Northeastern University. He received his PhD in Business Administration from Michigan State University. He is currently the Curriculum Coordinator in the Supply Chain Management and Information Group, D’Amore-McKim School of Business. He serves in the editorial boards of Journal of Business Logistics and International Journal of Physical Distribution and Logistics Management.
