Thomas Davenport

Professor Davenport holds the President's Chair in the Information Technology Management Division and co-directs the Working Knowledge Research Center.  He has taught at Harvard Business School, University of Chicago, Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business, and the University of Texas at Austin.   He has directed research centers at Accenture, Ernst & Young, McKinsey & Company, and CSC Index.

Linda Jacobs Washington

Linda Jacobs Washington assumed the position of Senior Policy Advisor for Community Initiatives in July, 2010. As the Senior Policy Advisor, Ms. Washington oversees community outreach activities for the Department of Transportation. She is the Chair of the Local Federal Coordinating Committee of the Combined Federal Campaign for the National Capital Area. The DDC represents more than 50 foundations, nonprofit organizations, and universities, collaborating to support research activities and advance democratic practice, in North America and around the world. Over the last seventeen years, Matt has worked with public engagement efforts in over 100 communities, in 40 states and four Canadian provinces.

Julie Paradis

In May 2009, Julie Paradis was appointed as Administrator for the Food and Nutrition Service at the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) in Washington, D.C. The Food and Nutrition Service administers the food and nutrition assistance programs in the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The agency provides children and needy families with better access to food and a more healthful diet through its programs and nutrition education efforts.

Chad L. Fulgham

Mr. Chad Fulgham was appointed as the FBI’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) on December 8, 2008. Mr. Fulgham is responsible for the FBI’s overall information technology (IT) efforts, including developing the FBI’s IT strategic plan and operating budget. He is also responsible for management of all FBI IT assets, which includes legacy equipment and infrastructure as well as evolving implementation of new and modernized systems and services to accommodate mission priorities.

Rafael Borras

Rafael Borras oversees management of the Department of Homeland Security's $56 billion budget, appropriations, expenditure of funds, and accounting, and finance. He administers control over the Department's $17 billion in acquisitions and procurement. He is responsible for directing human capital resources and personnel programs for the Department's 230,000 employees. Mr. Borras administers control of the Department's information technology enterprise architecture. Mr. Borras is responsible for oversight of the Department's facilities, property, equipment, and other material resources.
