David Venturella

David Venturella is the executive director for ICE’s Secure Communities program, which was announced in March 2008. The program is designed to change immigration enforcement by using technology to share information between law enforcement agencies and by applying risk-based methodologies to focus resources on assisting all local communities remove high-risk criminal aliens.

Melanie S. Stinnett

Melanie S. Stinnett was appointed as the Assistant Director for the Office of Professional Responsibility and Security Operations (OPRSO)/Chief Security Officer on May 24, 2010. She serves as principal advisor to the Director’s Office in planning, overseeing, and coordinating security and emergency preparedness, inspection, and internal affairs activities of the Bureau.

Ambassador Elizabeth Frawley Bagley

Ambassador Elizabeth Frawley Bagley was sworn in as Special Representative for Global Partnerships in the Office of the Secretary of State on June 18th, 2009. She served as Senior Advisor under a former Secretary of State from 1997 – 2001 where she established and headed the Office of Media Programming Acquisition for the newly independent Balkan states. Ambassador Bagley also served as a Senate liaison for NATO Enlargement. From 1994 to 1997, she served as the U.S. Ambassador to Portugal.

Sam Pulcrano

Sam Pulcrano was named Vice President, Sustainability in May 2008. He reports to the Senior Vice President, Operations. Pulcrano is responsible for unifying the Postal Service's sustainability efforts across every function and location.

Earlier, Pulcrano was director of Safety and Environmental Performance at USPS Headquarters. He began his career as a mail handler in Poughkeepsie, NY, in 1975. He also has held key positions in Human Resources and Labor Relations at the district and area levels.

Richard Siemer

Richard Siemer has consistently proven his dedication to the public sector throughout his 27-year career.  In his capacity as Deputy Commissioner and CIO for HRA’s Management Information Systems, Mr. Siemer’s ability to lead collaborative operational teams and program staff has contributed to the successful implementation of HRA’s Model Office.  A major objective of the Model Offices is to provide a customer service area that streamlines processing times.

Dr. Robert D. Braun

Robert D. Braun was named NASA Chief Technologist by NASA Administrator Charles F. Bolden on Feb. 3, 2010. Braun serves as the principal advisor and advocate on matters concerning agency-wide technology policy and programs.

David L. McClure

David L. McClure was appointed as the Associate Administrator of the U.S. General Services Administration Office of Citizen Services and Communications effective August 24, 2009.

As Associate Administrator, McClure oversees the Office of Citizen Services and Communications’ two main divisions: the Office of Citizen Services and the Office of Communications and Marketing.

David M. Bowen

Mr. Bowen has over 25 years experience in healthcare information technology management in the provider, payer, consultant and vendor areas. He was formerly the  Senior Vice President for Information Technology and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Blue Shield of California, a $6.2 billion health plan with over 2.5 million members and the 2nd largest not-for-profit healthcare organization in California. He directed Blue Shield’s information technology, telecommunication, business recovery and web implementation resources with an operating budget in excess of $100 million. Mr.
