Mr. Wagner was a Senior Fellow of the IBM Center for The Business of Government. Mr. Wagner joined the Center after 31 years of public service. He had most recently restructured and ran GSA's Federal Acquisition Service - the largest government organization delivering acquisition, technology, and management services to federal agencies.

Ken Stockman is a Senior Managing Consultant in IBM’s Public Sector Strategy & Innovation Practice. He is an evangelist for aligning enterprise business strategy with technology, people, and process in order to achieve sustainable business outcomes. Ken has supported several large business model transformation efforts for public sector clients while at IBM, including USDA, the VA, the FAA, and, most recently, the US Citizenship and Immigration Service.
