Strasser Endowed Professor in Public Administration and a professor of public administration and international affairs at the Syracuse University Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. She also is co-director of the Collaborative Governance Initiative at the Program for the Advancement of Research on Conflict and Collaboration (PARCC).

Julia L. Carboni

Julia L. Carboni, Ph.D., is the Executive Director of the William D . Ruckelshaus Center, a Professor (tenured, full rank) at Washington State University, and a Distinguished Scholar at the University of Washington. At the Ruckelshaus Center, she leads a team advancing collaborative policymaking and governance in Washington State and oversees the Center’s role as lead for the University Network for Collaborative Governance, a national coalition of university-based centers.

Ms. Weichert is a seasoned business executive who has served as a Principal at Ernst & Young, LLP since 2013. In her 25 year professional career, Ms. Weichert has also held executive leadership positions at Market Platform Dynamics, First Data Corporation, Bank of America, and Andersen Consulting focused on strategy, innovation, and business process improvement in banking and payments technology.
