As the former Commissioner of the Wage and Investment (W&I) Division, Peggy was responsible for the administration of tax laws governing individual wage earners in the United States. She had responsibility for more than 50,000 employees, located in 400 Taxpayer Assistance Centers, 10 Service Centers, and 26 Call Sites, nationwide.
