A Strategy Consultant and Fellow with IBM's Center for the Business of Government, Alan assisted public sector clients with strategies to re-design service delivery and transform public agencies. He has deep experience in the public sector as a policy, political and communications advisor and consultant. Alan is now the Chief Knowledge Officer at Unified Government of Wyandotte County and Kansas City, Kansas.
