Mr. Kamensky is an Emeritus Senior Fellow with the IBM Center for The Business of Government and was an Associate Partner with IBM's Global Business Services.

During 24 years of public service, he had a significant role in helping pioneer the federal government's performance and results orientation. Mr. Kamensky is passionate about helping transform government to be more results-oriented, performance-based, customer-driven, and collaborative in nature.

Government Transformation – A Career spent chasing a Vision

I have come to this observation over a long career in support of public service. In 1979, as a junior auditor in the North Carolina State Auditors Office, I was fortunate to be assigned to a new Operational Audit Division – focused on identifying strategies to drive more effective and efficient government programs and services. During my 35+-year career working for and with governments, Government Transformation has been a primary focus for me, and some may say my calling!
