Kevin C. Desouza

Kevin C. Desouza is a Professor of Business, Technology and Strategy at QUT Business School. He is a Nonresident Senior Fellow in the Governance Studies Program at the Brookings Institution and a Salzburg Global Forum Fellow. He formerly held tenured faculty posts at Arizona State University, Virginia Tech and the University of Washington and has held visiting appointments at the London School of Economics and Political Science, Università Bocconi, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, the University of the Witwatersrand, and the University of Ljubljana.

Robert B. Denhardt

Robert B. Denhardt is Professor in the School of Public Affairs at Arizona State University and Visiting Scholar at the University of Delaware. Dr. Denhardt is a Past President of the American Society for Public Administration, and the founder and first chair of ASPA's National Campaign for Public Service, an effort to assert the dignity and worth of public service across the nation. He is also a member of the prestigious National Academy of Public Administration and a Fellow of the Canadian Centre for Management Development.

is an Assistant Professor of strategic management in the Department of Management,College of Business, Iowa State University. Professor DeMarie earned his Ph.D. degree from Arizona State University, Tempe. He also earned an M.B.A. degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and a B.S. degree in accountancy from Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff. His current research focuses on the effects of new technologies on competition and the workplace, including the emerging phenomena of virtual organizations, virtual teamwork, and e-commerce.

Marilyn A. DeLuca, PhD, RN

Dr. Marilyn A. DeLuca is a registered professional nurse, a global health workforce advocate, and founder of the consultancy Global Health-Health Systems-Philanthropy. She serves as an adjunct associate professor in the College of Nursing and a research assistant professor in the School of Medicine at New York University (NYU).

Veronique de Rugy

Veronique de Rugy is a senior research fellow at the Mercatus Center. She was previously a resident fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, a policy analyst at the Cato Institute, and a research fellow at the Atlas Economic Research Foundation. Her research interests include the federal budget, homeland security, taxation, tax competition, and financial privacy issues. She writes a column for Reason magazine and is a regular contributor to The American, AEI's online magazine. She also blogs at The Corner at National Review Online and at Big Government.

Henry Darwin

In his capacity as EPA's Chief of Operations, Henry Darwin serves as a key advisor to EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt on day-to-day operations, while also leading the agency’s transformation to an organization of continuous improvement. Deploying a Lean Management System to reduce waste and maximize value-added work, Darwin is creating more effective ways to better serve EPA’s customers while freeing up the capacity of EPA employees to do more environmental good. This includes strengthening partnerships with the states in streamlining and modernizing environmental protection.

Daryl Delabbio

Daryl Delabbio has been County Administrator/Controller of Kent County, Michigan since September 1998. He came to Kent County in 1995 as Assistant County Administrator. Prior service includes City Manager of Rockford, Michigan, for 11 years (1984–1995), and administrative positions with two other Michigan communities from 1977 to 1984. He holds a BA in political science and a Master of Management from Aquinas College, a Master of Public Administration from Wayne State University, and a PhD from Western Michigan University.
