FITARA Scorecard.  Federal Times reports: “ The ninth version the Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA) scorecard, released Dec. 11, rates agencies in several modernization categories, including data center closure, cybersecurity and CIO support from leadership. Overall, nine agencies improved their scores, with 11 remaining stagnant and four receiving lower grades than FITARA 8.0.”

Bonnie Glick serves as Deputy Administrator of the US Agency for International Development. Ms. Glick was most recently the Deputy Secretary of the Maryland State Department of Aging, where she was appointed by Governor Larry Hogan. Before joining the Hogan Administration, she worked in the non-profit world as a Senior Vice President at Meridian International Center.

Sara is a recent Master in Public Policy graduate, concentrating in business and government policy. She previously interned with a biotechnology firm's policy office, focusing on issues related to patient access and insurance reimbursement. Sara previously worked for Deloitte Consulting's federal practice in Washington, D.C. where she supported clients including the U.S. Department of State, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and the U.S. Postal Service. Her experiences have mostly focused on public sector process improvement and performance management.

Andrew Fairbanks is the Federal Market Leader for IBM Global Business Services.  Previously, he served as the vice president of IBM’s U.S. public sector services business unit focusing on cloud, analytics, consulting, and technology services to federal, state & local, higher education, commercial healthcare clients.

Rupa Bhattacharyya

Rupa Bhattacharyya has a distinguished career in public service. Rupa joined the Department of Justice in 1996 through the Attorney General’s Honors Program as a Trial Attorney in the Civil Division. As a Civil Division litigator, she defended government entities ranging from the Departments of State, Defense, and the Treasury, to the Federal Communications Commission and the Federal Election Commission, to the United States Census Bureau and the Selective Service Commission, as well as individual government employees sued in their individual capacities.
